~ Train Ticket Policy

-If train tickets are not available, we will book tickets in Tatkal.

-Booking Tatkal tickets costs an extra ₹500 per person (According to the prices shows in IRCTC) It is important to know that getting confirmed tickets in Tatkal can be challenging. However, we have a record of successfully booking confirmed tickets in Tatkal 95% of the times.

-In the event that Tatkal tickets are not confirmed in an AC coach, we will provide alternative arrangements, such as sleeper class train tickets or bus tickets.

-If a flight or bus is available from a particular place, we will book tickets (if you want), and you will need to bear any fare difference. Thank you for your understanding!

~ Liability

-Our company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the trip.

-We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by third parties.

~ Cancellation Policy

Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems of transport, closure or congestion of airports, adverse weather conditions or any event beyond the Company’s control. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time, either due to lack of batch formation or other factors. If we cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.

~ Right to amend the itinerary

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary. Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time without prior notice, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

~ Check-in & Check-Out Policy

-Typically, hotels allow check-in from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, If you arrive before the standard check-in time, you might be able to check in early if a room is available. However, this often comes with an additional fee.

-Check-out is usually by 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

~ Refund Policy & Payment Policy

-No Refund Will Be Provided In case We Unable to Cover all the Place due to Weather, Individual Delays, Places closed and any other things Which are not in our Hands.

-No Refund will be provided if you have to cancel the trip at any time during the trip due to your personal problem.

-30% of Payment to be Done in Advance.

-100% of Payment to be Done At least 2 Days before the Departure

ASSUMPTIONS OF RISKS:

1. I understand that participating in outdoor activities , including hiking ,trekking, and other adventures organized by safari tours & events management company, involves inherent risks.
2. These risks include, but are not limited to, unpredictable weather condition , hazardous terrain ,animal encounters, falls, equipment failures , and unforeseeable accidents.
3. I am aware that travelling to wildness areas may limit access to medical assistance .
4. I acknowledge the possibility of involuntary contact with other participant or fixed objects, which may result in injures such as bruises , sprains, fractures, or in extreme cases , death.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADHERENCE:

1. I agree to follow all instructions provided by safari tours & event management company organisers .
2. I understand that mishaps may occur if I fail to adhere to safety guidelines.

COMPANY POLICIES:

1. I recognize that safari tours & Adventures LLP company is an amateur outdoor recreation provider .
2. I commit to not littering , smoking, or consuming alcohol during company events.
3. I accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred during or after the event .
4. Any violation in trip or any disrespect to co-travelers will immediately result into removal of group without any notice.

PHYSICAL FITNESS:

1. I affirm that physically and mentally fit to participate in this event .
2. I understand the physical demands and requirements.

WEATHER AND TRAIL CONDITIONS:

1. I acknowledge that is my responsibility to seek advice on weather forecast , trail conditions, and activity risks before participating.

DECLARATION:

I make this declaration voluntarily and on behalf of my family, with their knowledge and consent. I affirm that we are aware about the risks associated in the event of safari tours & events management company and agree that company or it’s orgainsers will not liable for any injures, damage & losses accured during the trips.
